Matthew Dennis Hypnotherapy

Solution Focused Therapy

I have now been practising as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist since 2014 and in that time have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of clients, helping them to achieve their goals and move on in their lives.

For me though, the journey began with a visit to a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, to help me deal with some challenges that I was facing. We worked together for several weeks before it got to the point that I thought, “Wow!” and had that moment of inspiration. If I could help other people as much as she had helped me, wouldn’t that be a fine thing? So I asked a few questions and did my research and signed up to a training course.

I trained with Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training Center in Plymouth, under the tutelage of Matthew Cahill and the renowned David Newton. Clifton Practice is at the forefront of modern day hypnotherapy practice, developing support and guidance through the work of experienced hypnotherapists, doctors and neuroscientists.
